A lighter Oolong with fruity notes from the Satemwa Tea Estate in Malawi. Lightly oxidised, twisted whole leaf that creates a bright apricot liquor.

How To Make
We would recommend using filtered water to make this tea. Water temperature 80-90°C. To make this tea, use one heaped teaspoon per serving and infuse for 2 to 3 minutes or to personal taste.
