Chinese Mao Feng Green Tea 150g Loose Leaf

Mao Feng means “Hairy Peak” which refers to the mountain shape of the leaf and the fine white hairs they are covered in. This Mao Feng tea is a smallholder green tea from Ha Giang in North Vietnam, almost on the Chinese border. Less frequented by tourists, it is a remote province with the most beautiful scenery.

With an attractive pale yellow-green cup and delicate light and delicate floral taste, this exquisite tea is such a treat to drink, it almost feels like an indulgence.

A great accompaniment for green salads, light noodle and stir fry dishes.

How to Make
We would recommend using filtered water to make this tea.
Use freshly boiled water 80°C Place one heaped teaspoon per serving and infuse for 1 to 3 minutes or to personal taste.

Store away from light, moisture and strong odours.
