The natural-processed Brazilian coffee forms a smooth, creamy base with notes of milk chocolate, roasted nuts, and ripe yellow fruit. Layered on top, the washed, honey, anaerobic Honduras adds lift and intrigue – introducing bright stone fruit acidity, subtle tropical notes, and a gentle floral finish. The result is a balanced yet expressive cup with soft sweetness, lively clarity, and a clean, lingering aftertaste.
